Well, it's been 6 months, but I figured I'd write a last post for 2010. It's definitely been a busy 6 months! Oliver and I bought our first house, thanks to the amazing generosity of his grandmother! Lots of hard work went into it, again thanks to our wonderful families. We absolutely could not have done it without them! It finally feels like our home now. A few months later we made another first by adopting our first dog! Watson has quickly made a permanent home in our hearts, though he certainly keeps us on our toes! Apart from those big changes, life is pretty much the same. I will be finishing up with the 1st semester of school shortly, and Oliver finished another semester at the community college. I have been keeping busy with dog training, advising 2 clubs, and lots of meetings. In his free time, Oliver is taking to the tasks of home ownership well. We're quickly realizing just how quick leaves and snow build up :)
As 2010 winds down, I just want to say how thankful I am for our families. We have been blessed with such caring and generous people in our lives. We consider ourselves amazingly blessed to be where we are at this point in our lives and are fully aware that we would not be here without lots of help! God has truly blessed us. Here's hoping that 2011 will be filled with love and growth.
